Refund & Return Policy

7-Day Returns
You may return any unused product in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the product price. Call 054 245 1578 with your order number to arrange it.
What CAN be returned
- Unused items in original, sealed packaging
- Wrong item delivered (our error — we also refund delivery)
- Items that arrive damaged or defective (report within 48 hours with photos)
- Items covered by manufacturer warranty that fail under normal use
What CANNOT be returned
- Cables cut to a custom length
- Special-order / sourced-on-request items
- Items damaged after delivery, installed, or missing packaging
- Products damaged by incorrect installation or power surges
Refund timelines
- Mobile Money: within 3 working days of receiving the return
- Card payments: 5–7 working days (bank processing time)
- Cash on Delivery: Mobile Money refund or store credit — your choice
How to start a return
- Call or WhatsApp 054 245 1578 with your order number (e.g. VE-12345678-S)
- We confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed
