How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide. Within the Pokuase/Amasaman/Achimota area it is often 1–3 days. Express same-day delivery is available within Accra when you order before 3pm.
How does Express same-day delivery work?+
Tick "Express" on any item in your cart (or the whole order). Order before 3pm and a rider is dispatched the same day within Accra. Express items get an order number ending in -E so you can track the rush delivery separately.
What payment methods do you accept?+
MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (Accra & Tema). Online payments are processed securely by Paystack.
Are your products genuine?+
Yes — 100% genuine or your money back. We buy only from authorised distributors of Focus, Crompton, Bajaj, Havells, RR, Nexans, Tropical and Philips, and inspect every batch. See our Genuine Guarantee page.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Cut cables and special-order items are excluded. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
I can't find the item I need. What do I do?+
Use the "Request an Item" page — describe the item (you can attach a photo) and we'll source it from our supplier network, usually with a price for you the same day.
How do I track my order?+
Go to Track Order in the menu and enter your order number (like VE-12345678-S from your confirmation). The timeline updates live as we pack and dispatch.
Do you offer wholesale / contractor prices?+
Yes. Apply free on the Contractor Accounts page. Once approved, trade discounts apply automatically whenever you're signed in.
How does the Wiring Calculator work?+
Enter how many bedrooms, halls, kitchens etc. you have, and it instantly estimates every material you need — cables, sockets, switches, boxes, breakers — with prices, and adds it all to your cart in one click. It's free.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?+
Absolutely — most customers do! Tap the WhatsApp button on any product, or message us directly on 054 245 1578.
Do you install what you sell?+
Yes — book a certified technician right on the site for installation, rewiring, repairs and fault diagnosis. A GH₵150 call-out fee applies and is deducted from your final bill.
What are your working hours?+
Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. Closed Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays are processed first thing Monday.
