100% Genuine — or your money back
Counterfeit electrical materials are one of the biggest causes of house fires in Ghana. Fake cables use less copper than marked, overheat under load, and fail without warning. We take this personally — every product we sell is sourced from authorised distributors and verified before it reaches you.
Authorised sourcing
We buy directly from official distributors of Focus, Crompton, Bajaj, Havells, RR, Nexans, Tropical and Philips — with purchase documentation for every batch.
Batch inspection
Cables are checked for GSA (Ghana Standards Authority) certification marks, conductor size and print quality before going on sale.
Invoice = warranty card
Your Valmont invoice is proof of authentic purchase and activates the manufacturer warranty. Keep it safe.
Money-back promise
If any product we sold you is proven counterfeit, we refund you in full and collect the item at our own cost.
How to spot fake cables — 5 quick checks
- Weight: genuine copper cable is noticeably heavy. A suspiciously light 100m roll means thin conductors.
- Print quality: authentic brands print size, standard and brand crisply along the cable. Fakes smudge or misspell.
- GSA mark: look for the Ghana Standards Authority certification on packaging.
- Copper colour: strip a tip — real copper is bright reddish, fakes look pale (copper-clad aluminium).
- Price too good: if a roll costs 40% below market, it is almost certainly not what the label claims.
