Your invoice is your warranty card

Every product that carries a manufacturer warranty (shown on its product page) is covered from your delivery date. Keep your Valmont invoice — it is your proof of authentic purchase and activates the warranty. Lost it? We can re-send it from your order record.

Typical coverage

• Ceiling & standing fans: 1–2 years (brand dependent)
• Power tools (Bosch, Total): 6–12 months
• LED bulbs & panel lights: 6–12 months
• Consumer units, breakers, sockets & switches: covered against manufacturing defects

What voids a warranty

• Damage from incorrect installation — we recommend a certified electrician (you can book ours)
• Power surges, lightning, water damage or physical abuse
• Opening/repairing the product by unauthorised persons

How to claim

Call or WhatsApp 054 245 1578 with your order number and a short video/photo of the fault. We handle the manufacturer process for you — repair, replacement or refund per the brand's warranty terms.
