1. About Us
Valmont Electricals ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. Our business is based at Amanfrom, Pokuase, Accra, Ghana (GPS: GG-0077-4649). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Order Numbers
When you place an order, you will receive an order number (e.g. VE-12345678-S). Orders containing express items receive a number ending in -E and standard items a number ending in -S. A mixed order is split into two deliveries with two order numbers, covered by a single payment.
An order is only confirmed once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once we confirm by phone). We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example where a product is out of stock or a price was displayed in error. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money), Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (Accra & Tema only). Card and Mobile Money payments are processed securely by Paystack — we never see or store your card details.
If a payment fails or is declined, no order is created and you are not charged. Simply try again or contact us.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days nationwide. Express Same-Day delivery is available within Accra for orders placed before 3:00pm, at an additional charge of 30% of the express items' value (minimum GH₵30).
Free standard delivery applies to orders above GH₵1,000 within Accra.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses or events beyond our control may occur; we will keep you informed via phone or SMS.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Cables cut to length, special-order items, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
To arrange a return, call 054 245 1578 with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
If we delivered a wrong or defective item, we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.
6. Warranties
Products carry their manufacturer's warranty where stated on the product page. Your invoice serves as your warranty card — keep it safe. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, or unauthorised repairs.
We recommend installation by a certified electrician. Warranty claims for products installed by unqualified persons may be declined by the manufacturer.
7. Product Information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos and stock levels accurate, but small variations (for example in colour or packaging) may occur. Some photos are for illustration. If a detail matters to your purchase, please confirm with us on 054 245 1578 or WhatsApp before ordering.
8. Service Bookings
Technician bookings require a GH₵150 call-out fee, payable online, which is deducted from your final service bill. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment receive a full call-out refund; later cancellations may forfeit the fee.
Quotations for services and bulk orders are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
9. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your orders. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.
10. Privacy
We collect only the personal data needed to process your orders — name, phone, email and delivery address. We never sell your data. Payment details are handled entirely by Paystack. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order at the time of purchase.
