1. What we collect
When you order or create an account we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. When you pay online, your payment details are handled entirely by Paystack — we never see or store card numbers or Mobile Money PINs.
2. How we use it
We use your data only to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to your requests, and — if you subscribed — send occasional offers by email. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
3. Cookies & analytics
The site uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are popular; this never identifies you personally.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely with our cloud database provider (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest, protected by row-level security so only you (and authorised staff) can access your records.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data entirely at any time — call 054 245 1578 or email valmontelectricals68@gmail.com and we will act within 7 days.
6. Third parties
We share only what is necessary with: Paystack (payment processing), delivery riders (name, phone, address for your delivery), and no one else.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the business grows; the version on this page always applies. Material changes will be announced on the site.
